Take I-20 East toward Florence. Merge left onto I-95 N. via Exit 141A toward Fayetteville. Travel 2 miles, then turn right onto US-52 N via Exit 164 toward Darlington. Travel 1.6 miles to Florence-Darlington Technical College (FDTC).

Take US-76/301 West toward Florence. Turn right onto Highway 327 N toward I-95. Travel 10 miles to I-95 and turn right onto I-95 South toward Savannah. Travel 5 miles to Exit 164. Turn right onto US-52 N via Exit 164 toward Darlington. Travel 1.6 miles to Florence-Darlington Technical College (FDTC). From the Florence Regional Airport
Turn left out of the Florence Regional Airport on to 76/301 towards Florence, Travel 1 mile and bare to the right on to Cheves Street towards Church Street. Travel 1 mile (you will see the McLeod Medical Center complex on your right) and turn right on to Church Street towards Hwy 52 (Note – Church Street turns in to Lucas St/Hwy 52). Travel 3.3 miles and go under Interstate 95 Travel 1.6 miles to Florence-Darlington Technical College (FDTC).
